As the situations unfolds on you aborde la thématique de l’authenticité à l’ère de la post-vérité à travers la manipulation des procédés de numérisation. Comme dans mes précédentes séries, le procédé est en lui-même une mise en scène qui cherche à dérouter, à interroger plus qu’à répondre. Je conçois mes œuvres entre la réalité et la fiction afin qu’elles ne soient jamais convenues ni rassurantes. Mon questionnement porte sur la dualité existant entre l’immatérialité numérique et la matérialité des outils de transmission, sans lesquels elle ne serait rien. En cela, les préoccupations liées à l’authenticité qui me concernent sont tout aussi contemporaines, mais exprimées sous la loupe de l’intervention, de la transformation des matériaux technologiques, de l’intervention humaine sur la machine, d’un dialogue entre les objets de transmission et de la face inerte de ces mêmes objets. L’ère numérique penche souvent vers la perfection parfois excessive, j’attache beaucoup d’importance à l’imperfection et à la transformation de la matière par la matière.

As the situations unfolds on you addresses the theme of authenticity in the post-truth era through the manipulation of digitization processes. As in my previous series, the process itself is a staging that seeks to confuse, to question rather than to answer. I design my works between reality and fiction so that they are never agreed upon or reassuring. My question concerns the duality between digital immateriality and the materiality of transmission tools, without which it would be nothing. In this respect, the concerns related to authenticity that concern me are just as contemporary, but expressed under the magnifying glass of intervention, the transformation of technological materials, human intervention on the machine, a dialogue between the objects of transmission and the inert face of these same objects. The digital age often leans towards perfection, sometimes excessive perfection, I attach great importance to imperfection and the transformation of matter by matter.
